The barn has one Master bedroom with a queen bed dressed with 100% Egyptian cotton linens and pillows. Amenities include: Roku TV, closet, dresser, iron, ironing board, luggage rack.
Upstairs is an open ( no door) sitting room with a twin bed, dresser and chair . Both bedrooms have rustic, A-frame beamed barn ceilings. Guests staying 3 days or longer may request an additional twin bed be brought in for your stay,allowing for an additional guest.
The cottage is a renovated barn structure, please know that the upstairs A-frame ceilings are slanted at some points ( like the stairwell) , but still tall enough for everyone. The Open concept kitchen and living room downstairs has glass doors and a real barn door to the front yard. There is a bathroom with a glass shower upstairs. Rustic and unique, the barn is perfect for guests that want something very close to the harbor and comfortable, with modern conveniences.
There is a coffee pot with ground coffee or k-cup brewing for your preference and convenience. Coffee, teas and essentials provided. The Kitchen area is suitable for cooking- with a full Size stainless steel refrigerator, small stove and farmhouse kitchen sink. Lobster pot, dishes, glasses and other items are provided. Living area has a sofa, dining area, Roku TV, books, games and pot bellied fireplace stove. There is also a full size Washer and Dryer in the barn.
